Account Ability's
Print and Mail service provides a cost effective way to eliminate
the risk and headaches associated with the once-a-year bulk print job
required for tax compliance. By employing Account Ability's Print and
Mail service, IDMS prints and mails your forms using data that you transmit
to us. Our pricing includes the postage, paper supplies and labor costs
associated with each bulk print job. As forms must be printed and mailed
by January 31, IDMS recommends that you order Account Ability's Print
and Mail service early. Click

How
does the Print and Mail service work? |

After entering,
or importing, all returns into your Account Ability software, select Print
and Mail on the File menu. This will create
your Print and Mail transmittal file. Next, select the Print
and Mail Outsourcing Service from the Module
menu. Your transmittal will be encrypted and emailed to IDMS. IDMS will
then run a Control Totals report that will be faxed to
you for approval. If the Control Totals report accurately
reflects the data you transmitted, simply sign the report and fax it back.
Your transmittal will then be submitted for printing and mailing within
24 hours. |

is the cost? How do I order the service? |

tax form, quantity, and whether or not to include a generic 1-page letter
