Account Ability's
Print and Mail service provides a cost effective way to eliminate
the risk and headaches associated with the once-a-year bulk print job
required for tax compliance. By employing Account Ability's Print and
Mail service, IDMS prints and mails your forms using data that you transmit
to us. Our pricing includes the postage, paper supplies and labor costs
associated with each bulk print job. As forms must be printed and mailed
by January 31, IDMS recommends that you order Account Ability's Print
and Mail service early. Click

How
does the Print and Mail service work? |
|
After entering,
or importing, your returns into Account Ability, select Print
and Mail on the File menu. This will create
a Print and Mail Transmittal file. Next, select the Print
and Mail Outsourcing Service from the Module
menu. Your transmittal file will be encrypted, password protected, and
transmitted to IDMS for processing. Within a few hours, a Control
Totals report will be faxed to you for approval. If you agree
with these totals, sign the report and fax it back to IDMS. Your transmittal
file is then submitted for printing and mailing at our 93,000 square foot
SAS 70 Type II certified
outsourcing facility located in Fort Mill, SC. |

What
is the cost? How do I order the service? |
| Select a form,
quantity, and whether or not to include a 1 or 2 page generic letter. Click
Submit to display your shopping cart. You can then update
the quantity or remove the item. Volume discounts, if applicable, are displayed
at the bottom of the shopping cart. This service must be prepaid by
credit card or company check. |
