Each
filer's returns are entered onto screens that resemble the actual forms.
Corrections can be entered for current year or prior year W-2s. When correcting
the current year, you can retrieve an employee's original W-2 by double-clicking
his name or address.
When printing
corrections, Account Ability has been SSA approved to draw all copies
on your laser printer. Additionally, Copy A for SSA can be filed electronically
pursuant to SSA EFW2C (formerly MMREF-2) specifications.
