Screen Shots The W-2G User Interface Winner returns are entered or imported onto screens that resemble the actual forms. The Mag, 1096, and Printed indicators specify whether or not a Winner's W-2G should be reported electronically, included on transmittal 1096, or printed, respectively. One can easily specify which boxes should not be used using Account Ability's Tab Stop Designation dialog. Boxes that are not specified as tab stops are automatically skipped as you depress the 'Enter' or 'Tab' key. Non-designated tab stops are still active! That is, one can still enter information into a non-designated tab stop by first clicking his/her mouse in the box.   < Back to Screen Shots
